His criminal lawyer, Juliette Chapelle, insists : “It is essential to distinguish each individual’s criminal liability. The “network” qualification cannot bring to establish a common criminal liability. The main difficulty consists in avoiding that one man’s actions and intentions will be allocated to another”.
